Grace- Week 3: Good Validation
Jesus said, “I tell you, my friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body and after that can do no more. But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear him who, after your body has been killed, has authority to throw you into hell. Yes, I tell you, fear him.”
We are, most of us, people pleasers. The Proverbs warn us that fearing people is a dangerous trap. The Apostle Paul said, “But even before I was born, God chose me and called me by his marvelous grace. Then it pleased him to reveal his Son to me so that I would proclaim the Good News about Jesus to those who were not Jewish.”
What should matter to every believer is that we are seeking to do God’s will while seeking His approval. This way of living requires His grace, and there is a sufficient supply.
